Participants will learn about a variety of herbs traditionally used in restorative teas, including their benefits, flavor profiles, and how they feel in the body. We’ll also cover how to grow and harvest tea herbs at home, explore different preparation methods, and share practical ways to incorporate tea into your everyday routine.
